Shipping Policy
Alpine Apothecary ships orders from our small farm shop in the Snowy Mountains, NSW.
We aim to pack and send orders as quickly as possible, however please remember we are a small handmade business and many products are made, packed and labelled in small batches.
Processing Times
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
During busy periods, product launches, markets, public holidays or extreme weather, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using standard postal and courier services where available.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and delivery location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Saturdays, 10am – 2pm
Other days by appointment only.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the postal network.
As a rural Snowy Mountains business, some parcels may take a little longer to move through the postal system, especially during peak periods or severe weather.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the postal or courier service, delivery times are outside our control.
If your parcel appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. If you need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

This helps us assess the issue and work out the best solution.
Heat-Sensitive Products
Some Alpine Apothecary products may soften in hot weather, especially balms, creams, body products and candles.
We pack orders carefully, but we cannot control heat exposure once parcels are in transit.
If your product arrives softened, place it somewhere cool and allow it to firm back up before opening or using.
International Shipping
At this stage, Alpine Apothecary primarily ships within Australia.
If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout.
