Ingredients
Mullein leaf, peppermint leaf, calendula petals and rosemary leaf.
Preparation
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup of hot water and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain through a fine tea filter before drinking, as mullein leaf naturally contains tiny hairs.
Adjust the amount and steeping time to personal preference. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
