Delicate, lightly floral and softly sweet, our Alpine Elderflower is grown and harvested in small seasonal batches on our family property in the Snowy Mountains, NSW.
Flavour and Aroma
A gentle floral aroma with a light, honeyed flavour. It blends beautifully with lemon balm, peppermint, chamomile, rosehip and citrus peel.
Ways to Use
- Brew as a light single-herb infusion
- Add to hot or iced herbal tea blends
- Use in homemade cordials, syrups and botanical drinks
- Add to bath sachets, botanical soaks and handmade body-care projects
How to Prepare
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain. Enjoy warm or allow to cool and serve over ice.
