Alpine Hawthorn Berry
Tea and apothecary herb | Crataegus monogyna
Our Alpine Hawthorn Berries are Australian grown, with a portion harvested from our own Snowy Mountains property.
Carefully dried and selected for their rich colour, tart earthy flavour and versatility, hawthorn berries are traditionally prepared slowly rather than as a quick infusion.
They suit warming winter brews, herbal chai blends and traditional home apothecary preparations.
