Mentha × piperita | Black Menthe variety
Alpine Peppermint is a fresh, aromatic dried peppermint leaf grown on our family land in the Snowy Mountains, NSW. Harvested and dried in small seasonal batches, this Black Menthe variety has a naturally strong mint aroma, deep green colour, and crisp herbal flavour.
This is one of our highest-turnover herbs for good reason. It is simple, versatile, and easy to use across tea, food, infusions, bath blends, steam bowls, and natural skincare preparations.
Use it as a refreshing loose herbal tea, blend it with other botanicals, add it to bath soaks, infuse it into oils, or keep it in your home apothecary for everyday making.
