Alpine Rosemary - Tea & Apothecary Herb

Grown in the crisp mountain air of the Snowy Mountains, NSW, our Alpine Rosemary is harvested in small batches and carefully dried to preserve its bold aroma and clean, herbaceous flavour.

Rosemary has a distinctive pine-like fragrance with a slightly savoury, warming taste. It can be brewed as a simple herbal tea or used in everyday cooking with roasted vegetables, potatoes, breads, soups, sauces and marinades.

Ingredient: 100% dried rosemary leaf

To brew as tea:
Add 1 teaspoon of rosemary to a cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain. Enjoy as it is or add lemon and honey.
