How to Use Alpine Mullein:
Herbal Tea – Steep 1–2 tsp of dried mullein leaf in hot water for 10–15 minutes. Strain through a fine cloth or muslin before drinking, as the leaves have tiny hairs.
Bath Soak – Add a small handful to a muslin bag or directly to warm bathwater for a soothing, plant-based soak.
Oil Infusion – Cover with a carrier oil (like olive or jojoba) and steep in a warm place for 2–4 weeks. Strain before use in balms, massage oils, or salves.
Facial Steam – Add a few leaves or flowers to a bowl of hot water. Drape a towel over your head and breathe in the gentle herbal steam.
Herbal Rituals – Traditionally included in cultural and ceremonial blends, where dried leaves may be gently burned as part of herbal ritual practices.
