Where all teaching now lives
Over time, I’ve moved all of my teaching - and I’m continuing to move more - into one dedicated learning space called the Modern Apothecary School.
This page explains what that is, why I made the shift, and what you’ll find inside.
Why I moved my teaching into one place
I’ve spent years developing soaps, candles, balms, herbs, and teas that actually work - tested beyond theory in both small and large batch production.
Along the way, I’ve seen the same problem come up again and again.
Most people aren’t struggling because they’re bad makers.
They’re struggling because they’re following recipes without understanding why things work.
Social media is great for inspiration, but it isn’t built for proper teaching. Recipes lose context, important details get missed, and good craft knowledge gets scattered across posts, comments, and messages.
I wanted one place where I could teach properly.
All current teaching and eBooks are being moved or are now hosted inside the Modern Apothecary School. on Skools
What the Modern Apothecary School is
The Modern Apothecary School is where I now host all of my educational content.
It’s where I share:
-
structured teaching
-
working recipes with explanation
-
formulation logic
-
and practical making knowledge that doesn’t fit on social media
I use a platform called Skool to host it - not because it’s trendy, but because it allows everything to stay organised in one place and updated over time.
Think of it as a living learning space, not a course you rush through.
I'm adding recipes, teachings and classes weekly
Why Skool (in plain terms)
Skool lets me:
-
teach slowly and properly
-
explain why formulations work, not just how
-
share what I actually use myself
-
update lessons and recipes as methods evolve
-
keep everything in one clear, searchable place
It means you don’t have to chase information across posts, emails, or platforms.
What you’ll find inside
Inside the Modern Apothecary School, I share:
