Ingredients

  • 30–45 ml cut marshmallow root
  • 950 ml drinking water

  2. Strain thoroughly into a saucepan.
  3. Warm gently, then stir in honey and vanilla. Serve warm.

Good to know

Keep refrigerated before warming and use the same day. Honey is unsuitable for children under 12 months. Source-based adaptation; not tested in-house.

Seek professional advice before drinking if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition. Marshmallow root may affect oral medicine absorption; ask about suitable spacing.
